1. Subject of the service
The ivpay.eu website operated by IVP Solution Zrt. enables users to top up the amount required for the use of self-service vending machines (e.g. coffee, beverage and food vending machines) online be paid by bank card.
During the payment process, the user can select the amount they wish to pay on the website accessible by scanning the QR code, and then complete the transaction on the bank's secure payment interface.
2. Formation of the contract
The contract is formed between the user and IVP Solution Zrt. when the user initiates a payment via the website.

3. Payment terms
Payment is made exclusively by bank card, on the secure interface of the banking service provider.
The Service Provider does not store bank card data.

If a refund is generated after the purchase, the Service Provider will automatically refund it to the user's bank card.
4. Refund and incorrect transactions
In the event of an unsuccessful payment, the user will not be credited with their balance.
In the event of an incorrect transaction, the Service Provider will arrange for a refund with the assistance of the banking service provider.

5. User obligations
The user is obliged to:

use the service as intended,
refrain from any behavior that may endanger the operation of the system or use it for illegal purposes.
6. Data management and liability
The Service Provider provides the services with the utmost care, but at the same time does not assume any liability for for problems arising from the fault of a bank payment service provider or self-service machines.
The Service Provider is solely responsible for the refund of amounts paid by the user but not used as a service.
The Service Provider processes the personal data of users in accordance with the applicable data protection legislation and the Data Protection Statement.
